Cancellation , Refund And Return :

The website, ("Website"), and the mobile application 'Rgl Decors - Dreams Delivered   (collectively referred to as "Platforms") are managed and operated by Rgl Decors, a Sole Proprietor firm, registered under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office situated atSholiganallur Chennai. Rgl Decors is  the home improvement sector, offering a range of allied and auxiliary products ("Product" or "Products") through Online and its Platforms, along with providing home design and decor solutions ("Services") to the Platform users ("User" or "You" or "Your").


2.1. In alignment with Rgl Decors' commitment to User satisfaction, this cancellation, return, and refund policy ("Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy"), in conjunction with the terms of use at, outlines Rgl Decors' procedures and policies concerning: (a) Product cancellations before delivery to a User; or (b) Product returns after delivery to a User following purchase from the Platforms. Any Product return or cancellation by Users will be subject to the terms and conditions specified under this Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.

2.2. Users are required to read and comprehend the terms of this Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy. If You do not agree to these terms, it is advisable not to accept the terms of use and to discontinue use of the Platforms immediately. The terms outlined herein shall be accepted without alteration, and by initiating a purchase request for Product(s) on the Platforms, You agree to be bound by these terms.

Terms of Cancellation

3.1. Cancellation before dispatch.

3.1.1 Users are permitted to fully or partially cancel orders prior to dispatch from Rgl Decors.

3.1.2 Upon cancellation, the user will receive a unique order ID for tracking purposes.

3.1.3 If the User decides to cancel a purchase before invoicing of the Products, they may do so by emailing their request to

3.1.4 Refund. In the event of cancellation before dispatch, Rgl Decors will initiate refunds within 7 (seven) business days from the date of receiving the cancellation request from the User.

3.1.5 Refunds for prepaid orders will be made to the original mode of payment. All refunds will be subject to applicable charges as may be levied by the User’s bank.

3.2. Cancellation after dispatch. The cancellation process after invoicing will follow the same procedure as returns.


For returnable products only, returns must be initiated within 3 days from the date of product delivery, subject to the conditions of this Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy. Users are advised to carefully read all sections to understand the conditions under which returns will be accepted, and to check the Product display page for specific return information. (subject to Para 4.7, please ensure the item is in its original condition, with the outer box or case, user manual, warranty cards, and other accompanying items in manufacturer packaging for successful return pick-up)

4.1. Users cannot return certain Products specified as 'non-returnable' on the relevant Product pages of the Platforms, except in cases of defects, damages, incorrect shipments, missing components, or empty sealed packages.

4.2 Non-returnable Products may be returned in case of defects , subject to verification and acceptance by Rgl Decors. Users must initiate a return request within 1 week of product delivery by emailing

4.3. Rgl Decors offers Users an easy return/refund policy, subject to the terms of this Policy. Users opting for pay on delivery will be prompted to provide bank details for refund processing during the return request.

4.4. Products will be picked up within the specified timelines communicated by Rgl Decors. Refunds will be initiated upon receipt of Products in accordance with this Policy.

4.5. Users raising return requests have the option to seek a refund of the purchase amount, provided that Products meet the conditions specified in this Policy. Users must produce a copy of the original invoice when requesting a return.

4.6. Bundled Packages must be returned in their entirety for refunds to be processed.

4.7. Users must adhere to specified return conditions, including ensuring the Product is unused, undamaged, with all original packaging intact. Rgl Decors reserves the right to amend and enforce this Policy without prior notice, notifying Users of any changes.

4.8. Refund processing is subject to quality checks. Rgl Decors may refuse refunds for Products deemed ineligible based on these checks.

4.9. Refunds include applicable shipping charges. Delivery charges will be refunded proportionately for returned quantities.

4.10. Refunds will be credited to the User's account within 7 to 10 working days upon receipt of returned Products. Users will receive updates on refund status via registered mobile number and email.

4.11. Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.

4.12. Users opting for pay on delivery will have refunds processed to their bank accounts, provided bank details were provided during refund request. Rgl Decors reserves the right to choose the payment option for refunds.

4.13. Returns are facilitated through Rgl Decors' reverse-logistics partners. Users may self-ship returned Products if pick-up service is unavailable in their area.

4.14. Users claiming self-shipped returns must provide proof of delivery. Refunds will be processed only upon receipt of returned Products or proof of delivery.
